Uncompromising comfort

You’re looking for a bike for long days in the saddle and fun rides no matter the conditions? For routes that are anything but perfectly paved, and locations where there isn’t bright sunshine on 300 days a year? In this case, what you need is the right “equipment”! But fret no more: Simplon knows how to provide uncompromising riding comfort in perfection – with the new Kiaro Disc:

  • Raptor dropout
The rear-facing dropouts enable the fork blades to be flatter than usual. This gives the forks an improved vertical flex, offering greater riding comfort – especially on uneven terrain.

  • Comfort concept
The especially flattened tube cross-sections on the seatstays and chainstays, seat post, top tube as well as the seat tube: They define the Kiaro Disc. The harmonious interaction of these tubes provides excellent sitting comfort with a high level of torsional rigidity.

It wasn’t just physical components – meaning rigidity, flex or shock absorption – that were improved on the Kiaro Disc, though. As soon as you sit on the saddle, you’ll never want to get off again. Code word: feel-good factor!

  • Smart headset
A highlight of the Kiaro Disc is the special cable routing: All cables run from the handlebars through the headset and down into the frame. This protects the cables and additionally gives the bike a neat and tidy look.

  • Disc brakes with “Flat Mount” caliper '
For the new Kiaro Disc, Simplon counts on the Flat Mount standard for the best possible integration of the brakes – perfect for the aerodynamic requirements of the bike.

  • Maximum power transfer
A special fin in the bottom bracket area is responsible for the high level of torsional rigidity during acceleration.

What else does the Kiaro Disc have to offer? The quick-release thru-axles in the front and in the rear ensure stiffness and a precise fit of the wheels. Thanks to the overall high level of frame stiffness, steering precision is simply outstanding, and the bike’s handling is super easy.

The Kiaro Disc is ready for peak performance – are you?

Your next marathon is just around the corner and you don’t want to trade in comfort for maximum speed? Then the new Kiaro Disc is the perfect companion for you!
