Rapcon :eCX

The RAPCON :eCX with a full 170 or 150 mm front suspension travel and Mullet option scores as a trail or enduro bike. With this bike SIMPLON has managed to combine contradictory demands: Less weight and more range integrated into an even slimmer design. Modularly selectable batteries with up to 750 Wh create additional flexibility on the tour. With the range extender capacity can be increased by another 250 Wh.

    Quickly stowed away

The E-MTB is equipped with a 750 Wh battery as standard, which is pushed into the battery slot from below. Versions with 500 Wh can also be used as an option.

    Extra strong

Double bearings at all bearing points significantly increase rigidity and durability.

    Just for in case

Within the frame, there is enough space above the battery to store a spare inner tube

    Quickly adapted geometry

With the optional wheel mix of 29" front and 27.5" rear, the changed geometry can be quickly and easily compensated by the smaller rear wheel via the flip chip on the lower shock mount.

    All there

Additional mounting points allow the attachment of further extras, such as a lock or bottle cage.

    Worry free wild rides

The extremely impact and shock-resistant Rock Guard protects both the high-quality carbon frame and the motor unit from hits and stone chips - perfect for wild rides downhill and uphill.

    Full flexibility

Challenging technical passages as well as steep climbs are no problem for the RAPCON PMAX CX. The long, adjustable seat post ensures maximum freedom of movement on demanding technical sections.

    Tidy Look

While the special cable routing in the top tube ensures a slim look, the Smart Headset creates a tidy design.

    Slim Design

The down tube remains very slim thanks to the special cable routing and other technical details.

    Fast, but safe

The Xi geometry – a technological miracle for the frame-size-specific length adjustment of the chainstays – guarantees even wheel load distribution, optimal handling and maximum safety.

    MAXIMUM POWER AND MINIMAL WEIGHT

The previous version of the RAPCON :e CX has already made a name for itself among e-mountain bikers as a true powerhouse with low weight. In the new version, a few grams have been saved once again, while the bike has gained in range and stiffness at the same time. The result: maximum riding pleasure combined with adventurous lightness.
You want even more agility and freedom of movement? With the Mullet option, riders can mount a 27.5” wheel in the rear via a flip chip and thus adjust the geometry.

    * The effective seat angle (D) indicates the actual sitting position on the bike, measured at a reference height (D2). Due to the offset of the seat tube in relation to the bottom bracket, the effective seat angle (D) does not correspond to the seat tube angle (D1). The effective seat angle (D) is therefore calculated from the intersection of the straight line, starting from the bottom bracket, with the height of the saddle rail (D2). The height of the saddle rail (D2) corresponds to typical reference sizes for the respective frame sizes.
