INFORMATION ON THE ONLINE CONSULTATION "EXPERIENCE DIGITAL"
1 - PREPARATION
Think about what you want to know specifically and write down your questions in advance. This will help you get the most out of your consultation!
When choosing an appointment, we ask you to state your inside leg length (also known as "stride length") and your height. We would also like to know your current frame size and your annual mileage on the bike in advance so that we can best prepare for the consultation with you.
Choose up to two models on which you would like specific advice. Alternatively, we will be happy to give you general advice on choosing a model.
2 - THE CONVERSATION
We will send you a link to the video chat with the confirmation email for your consultation appointment. You can take part in the appointment from anywhere via PC, tablet or smartphone. Please plan 30-45 minutes for this.
3 - THE RESULT
At the end of the online expert consultation, you will receive all your data and an ID for your individually configured dream bike. With this ID, you can easily order your bike from your chosen SIMPLON dealer.
