The new CHENOA family

For model year 2025, we are taking our CHENOA family to a new level by making the tried and tested even better! These are the highlights of the new features:

• The latest Bosch e-bike system: At the heart of all new CHENOA models is the brand new Bosch Performance Line CX motor, which underpins its market-leading position with a maximum output of 85 Nm torque. It provides powerful support, whether starting off at traffic lights or on a steep climb. The motor is not only more powerful, but also quieter and more compact than its predecessors - this means less weight and more space for a slim frame design. Our developers have capitalised on this: The new CHENOA frames are designed to take advantage of these benefits.
• Flexible battery solutions: With all new CHENOA models, you decide whether low weight or long range is more important to you. Even the smaller, significantly lighter batteries offer the necessary energy to match the typical range of the respective model. The larger rechargeable batteries enable a long range - with a little more weight. If even that is not enough, you can significantly extend the range with additional batteries (range extender) in our configurator.
• New frame design: The frames of the new CHENOA models have been completely redesigned and adapted to the latest technical standards. For example, the rear wheel now features the tried-and-tested thru-axle used on mountain bikes, which makes wheel changes easier and the frames more rigid. Although our developers have clearly focussed on low weight, all CHENOA models are approved for a high permissible total weight and for child trailers. This means that despite their low weight, they are ready for all everyday challenges.
• Well thought-out equipment packages: We have adapted the available equipment packages of the CHENOA models to meet the needs of different areas of use. Regardless of whether comfort, safety or suitability for everyday use take centre stage: We have the right equipment in our range. For example, frequent riders can choose a version with low-maintenance hub gears and belt drive. But in typical SIMPLON fashion, the equipment can also be customised in our configurator - from the right saddle to the latest innovations such as e-bike ABS.

The CHENOA :e is primarily designed for touring. Two frame shapes are available to cater perfectly for different requirements: the comfortable CHENOA :e Low step-through frame and the sporty CHENOA :e High trapeze frame. Both frame variants offer the same detailed technical solutions and the same high permissible total weight, the same equipment. Both stand for riding pleasure, comfort and safety at the highest level.
